The primary role involves prepping and maintaining a wide range of equipment within the group inventory across the department as directed by the Head of Department or Operations Director ensuring all events have the correct equipment delivered to site within the scheduled time slots.
Good understanding of the industry and previous experience within a warehouse environment.
Good understanding of the Company’s product range and procedures.
Ability to learn and retain information in a reasonable time frame.
Preparation of packing lists and other supporting documents for project logistics
Assisting Operations Manager in keeping a record of equipment usage and maintenance logs
Conscientious with a good eye for detail.
Capable of working to deadlines.
Good communication skills and willingness to co-operate with others.
Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team.
An understanding of stock control systems and basic IT skills.
Methodical and keen to learn within the department and willing to keep others informed and updated.
