Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of audio equipment.
  • Experience with material planning is an advantage.
  • Experience in the music industry is a plus.
  • You possess strong analytical skills that you can translate into conclusion and decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work well with deadlines.
  • You have good oral and written communication skills in Dutch,  in combination with English and/or French.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee physical inventory to identify best use of PRG's assets.
  • Ensure sub-rentals are identified and resolved in an economic and timely manner.
  • Be aware of the financial implications of your decisions and actions.
  • Notify the Head of Asset Management of any equipment identified for disposal/sale.
  • Liaise with the Transport Team to ensure cost effective movement of equipment.
  • Liaise with EU group operations to identify potential transfers of equipment to maximize utilization and minimize Capex.
  • Liaise with Production and Account Managers to co-ordinate transfers between PRG locations including sourcing relevant information, barcode management, oversee logistics, planning, reviewing and scheduling the outbound and inbound transfers.
