Your Role

As Video Head of Department, you'll lead our video solutions team, collaborating with Account Executives, Operations Managers, and Project Managers to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of experience in professional video for live events

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Expertise in video equipment, electrical theory, and power distribution

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Vectorworks or AutoCAD

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee video equipment preparation, testing, and maintenance

- Manage and develop the video team, ensuring high-quality project delivery

- Manage projects on-site as part of the client delivery team

- Collaborate with planning and sales teams to design innovative solutions

- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

- Conduct site visits to uphold delivery standards

- Optimize department efficiency and profitability
