Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Material Planner to join our team! In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our asset strategy, with a primary focus on maximizing the utilization of our rental assets and driving value creation across our portfolio. 

Qualifications

About You

  • AV Expertise: Proficient in AV equipment, including lighting, rigging, video, and audio.
  • Industry Experience: 3+ years in the live events industry.
  • Material Planning Skills: Experience in planning for AV material is a plus.
  • Organized & Deadline-Driven: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Analytical Mindset: Skilled in interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with a preference for additional Dutch and/or French skills.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage & Optimize Rentals: Oversee physical rentals of AV stock to meet project demands.
  • Coordinate New Assets: Work with the warehouse and Inventory Manager to activate new equipment and maintain an up-to-date database.
  • Global Logistics Coordination: Facilitate logistics with PRG locations worldwide, ensuring smooth, efficient transactions.
  • External Rentals Management: Organize external rentals with a focus on profitability.
  • Inventory Analysis: Conduct regular inventory assessments, identifying opportunities for improvement.
