Summary of principal duties and responsibilities include:
Equipment Handling & Preparation:
- Prepare, clean, verify, test, and return rigging equipment and
- Assist in specific show preparations and equipment orders.
- Identify and report common faults in the preparation process to the Rigging Manager
- Maintain an acceptable working pace within the department.
Stock & Inventory Management:
- Check in equipment as directed by the Rigging Manager, ensuring accurate stock reconciliation.
- Update stock orders and report shortages of equipment or consumables for upcoming
- Participate in scheduled stock cycle counts in coordination with operational
Maintenance & Inspections:
- Support routine maintenance and repair of rigging equipment
- Conduct maintenance spraying of truss, pipe, and fabricated equipment as required.
- Assist with regular truss inspections and maintain accurate records.

Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to LEAN processes at all times
- Keep the department tidy and organized to maintain a safe working environment.

Training & Development:
- Stay up to date with industry advancements and new technologies.
