Overview

As Business Performance Analyst BeNeFra, you act as a strategic right hand to the Managing Director BeNeFra, with a clear mission: to support and strengthen commercial performance through financial analysis, forecasting, and structured follow-up of sales activities.

 

You play a key role in ensuring profitability, efficiency, and strategic focus across Belgium, The Netherlands, and France. You translate data into insights and insights into action.

 

As PRG Alliance Manager, you are the driving force behind PRG Alliance program. You are instrumental in facilitating business opportunities, knowledge exchange, and ultimately rising the standard of event production services delivered by the members of the program.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical mindset with a commercial touch.
  • Experience in controlling, business analysis, or sales operations in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proactive team player with a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills.
  • Quick to detect variances, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Language skills: fluent in Dutch, English, and French (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

1. Business Performance & Management Support

  • Assist the Managing Director BeNeFra in strategic decision-making by providing clear, relevant analyses.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for the EMEA Management Review, the BeNeFra Executive Committee, and other management meetings.
  • Coordinate internal initiatives and collaboration with Finance, HR, Operations, and Marketing for commercial-related projects, and internal PRG events.
  • Manage inbound inquiries via central communication channels such as belgium@prg.com (with a focus on commercial matters).

2. Business Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare and optimize periodic reporting and forecasting (monthly closings, rolling forecasts, annual budgets), compiling information related to revenue and cost-of-sales from the booking system and sales teams across the BeNeFra region, acting as a bridge to the finance team.
  • Responsible for analyzing sales performance KPIs such as conversion rates, profitability per market/client/sales person, pricing trends, quote-to-cash compliance , and propose improvement actions.
  • Provide proactive support to the sales and project teams in the quotation phase (Deal Desk), assisting with pricing, cost estimation, and feasibility analysis.

3. Commercial & Sales Team Support

  • Play a central role in tracking commercial activity and pipeline: project status, profitability, and client follow-up.
  • Prepare and structure sales meetings, forecasting sessions, and strategic workshops.
  • Support the implementation of tools and processes (Winhits practices, dashboards, KPI trackers...).

4. PRG Alliance Program Management

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing and new Alliance members, taking into consideration growth regions flagged by PRG’s Global Events Team.
  • Facilitate and track business opportunities within the Alliance network, including internally within PRG.
  • Plan and execute networking events, training, and communications.
  • Oversee contracts, invoicing, online presence, and program improvement.
