MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE:
Reporting to the Managing Director BeNeFra, as Marketing Manager BeNeFra, you are responsible for defining, coordinating, and executing all marketing and communication activities across Belgium, the Netherlands, and France. This role blends strategic thinking with practical action – from shaping marketing plans to personally creating high-quality content, including photography and video. You are the key player in ensuring PRG remains top-of-mind both internally and externally, actively engaging colleagues and clients.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in events, music, or entertainment.
Languages
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
Content & Creative Skills
Strong writing, design, and storytelling ability. Experienced with tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva, InShot.
Photography & Videography
Confident in capturing on-site content yourself, both photo and video, to support visual storytelling.
Social Media & Digital Expertise
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and engagement strategies. Proficient in tools like Meta, Hootsuite, and CMS platforms.
Technical & IT Proficiency
Comfortable with PowerPoint, CMS, and familiar with analytics tools.
Organizational Skills
Strong project management abilities, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive & Resilient
Not afraid to approach people, challenge ideas, and push creative boundaries. Thrives in a dynamic, often male-dominated environment with confidence and adaptability.
Collaborative & Independent
Comfortable working autonomously while also integrating with diverse teams across functions and regions.
Marketing Strategy & Budget
Define and implement the marketing communication strategy for BeNeFra in collaboration with the Managing Director, including planning and monitoring the marketing budget.
Content Creation (Photo/Video)
Personally capture and produce compelling photo and video content of projects, people, and events. Support storytelling that enhances PRG’s visibility and brand.
Social Media & Content Management
Own and manage PRG’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for all three countries. Develop and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with business goals. Schedule posts, engage followers, and drive audience growth.
Internal Communication & People Engagement
Develop internal campaigns, updates, and visuals for internal screens. Support HR with engaging content to strengthen team spirit and communication.
VIP Client Engagement
Develop and follow up on VIP client actions and experiences, supporting the sales team in deepening key client relationships.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues in sales, production, warehouse, and international marketing teams to coordinate efforts and ensure brand consistency.
Digital Optimization & Analytics
Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance using social media and web analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
Event & Project Support
Organize and support PRG’s presence at events, trade shows, and special projects, with a focus on emerging music talent and industry innovation.
Employer branding - Support the development and execution of the Employer Branding strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external channels.
Email Marketing
Create and manage newsletters and promotional email campaigns.
Media Asset Management
Keep media libraries updated and accessible to the BeNeFra team.
