The Account Director – At Production Resource Group (Australia) Pty Ltd is a customer- facing role, with significant relationship management skills required.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Account Director takes a pivotal role in growing the revenue of the business, through proactive selling and interfacing with a focused specialist team of Account Managers to address client’s needs for live event video delivery in venues and at entertainment events.
The role serves as a direct client contact with an emphasis on technical equipment experience and customer service while assisting and collaborating with onsite shop operations and logistics for overall project coordination responsibilities. The role supports the execution of events and entertainment projects in a wide range of markets including corporate events, theatrical productions, concert events and tours, sporting and other live entertainment events.
This position is high front-facing profile in the industry which pursues opportunities based upon client relationships.
